Works under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator. The RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care on a nursing unit according to policies and procedures while maintaining standards of the State Nurse Practice Act. All the criteria-based duties and standards within this document will be performed according to the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Medical Center.

You will do:
1. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to patients
2. Create, plan, and implement patient’s care plan and adjust accordingly
3. Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs
4. Admit, treat, and discharge medical patients not requiring surgery
5. Displays high level of compassion and positivity at all times

1. Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
2. Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
3. Basic Life Support Certification within the orientation period and meets re-certification as required.
4. Open to new grads.
